How ordering works
Upload your file.
STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ. It's measured in your browser and you get a price straight away. Add as many parts as you like to one order.
Choose material, colour and finish.
Pick from the materials above and three layer heights. The price changes as you change your mind.
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Payment is taken by Stripe. You'll get a confirmation email with the dispatch date.
We check it, print it, and post it.
A person opens every file before it's printed. You get a photo of the finished part and a Royal Mail tracking number.
If something's wrong with the file, you'll hear about it before you pay.
Every model is opened and looked at before it goes near a printer. If a wall is too thin, a feature is too small for the layer height, or the part won't do what it looks like it should, you'll get an email first. If a print fails our own check, it's printed again at our cost.
